We are aware of internet connectivity issues. Our team has identified a resolution and is working on implementing it onsite. We will provide further updates as they become available.

We are continuing to experience widespread internet connectivity issues impacting systems on both campuses. We are currently in escalated communication with our external vendor to determine the root cause and implement a fix.

Services are starting to come back online and work continues to restore all services.

VCU network and telecommunications infrastructure was restored early yesterday morning (Sunday 10/6/24), and all services have been stable and running since then.
IT staff will be doing a full review and report on this weekend's outage to identify steps to prevent this from recurring. We apologize for the impact this caused and understand how it put many critical services in jeopardy this past weekend. Thank you for bearing with us.
