We are aware of a widespread outage impacting critical on-premise systems at VCU. Updates will be shared promptly.

We have confirmed a network-related issue is causing the general outage of critical VCU on-premise systems.
Our engineers are actively working on a resolution.
Additionally, phone lines are currently impacted, making phone contact with the ITSC unavailable.
For some services, a potential workaround is to access the applications from a non-VCU network connection. We will continue to provide updates on the overall situation.

Services are beginning to recover. The outage was due to a network infrastructure misconfiguration that has been resolved.
We are monitoring the restoration of all systems and will post an "all clear" when fully confirmed.
