The Academic Technologies team is aware of the "Expired Licensing" notices customers are seeing and we have been actively engaged with Adobe to renew VCU's enterprise agreement for Adobe Acrobat Pro, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other Adobe software products. For more details about this notice, please visit https://adobe.vcu.edu/access-licensing/expired-licensing-notice.

If you are unable to sign-in to your VCU Adobe account using your VCU email address (only using the @vcu.edu email domain; @vcuhealth.org accounts are NOT valid or Adobe licensing), please reach out to us by emailing adobe@vcu.edu or by submitting a ticket at https://go.vcu.edu/adobe/help using the appropriate category.

Updated (6/3/2025)! Adobe Agreement Renewal Complete!

The Academic Technologies team has now completed VCU's Adobe enterprise agreement renewal! As part of this renewal, ALL VCU Adobe accounts are being automatically migrated to new (equivalent) software licenses. If you already have an Adobe license assigned to your VCU Adobe account, you do not need to do anything and your license and level of access remains the same. For more details about this updates, please visit https://adobe.vcu.edu/access-licensing/change-over.
